No, recruiters get paid for placements, not interviews

Some do and some get paided per interview, per resume. And some you have to pay.

I guess over a large enough number you’ll find people doing anything, but with a long history with the recruitment industry in a couple of countries, I’ve never seen this. With good reason too: there is no end to the number of fake developer CVs I could generate.

In many countries that’s illegal, and I’m also yet to see this in the Real World

Fronk is like a cashback type of deal, but you also have to push ads.
