Nobody has ever demonstrated any connection between clearing amyloid and reversal or even slowed decline, despite decades trying. The newly approved drug is BS; three FDA board members resigned in protest after that happened.
The only interventions I ever heard of that made a difference were (1) herpes antivirals and (2) TDAP vaccination. Neither can get access to funding, almost all controlled by the amyloid/tau mafia.
OTOH ultrasound can also destroy the brain. But who cares about some sick old people who cannot defend themselves.
For TDAP, nobody knows. All we have is a flabbergastingly strong signal from statistical analysis of the US Veterans' Administration entire cohort from 2012-2018. Is it the tetanus, the diphtheria, the pertussis vaccine? An "inactive" ingredient? Something else very, very strongly correlated with administration of booster, such as a more active lifestyle? If it is anything at all, it seems to be the only thing that works, other than maybe herpes treatment.
