Udemy too clever password reset broken for me

On first password reset attempt on firefox 88 on an uncommon OS.

Udemy: "only humans can reset a password."

Me: "I am human."

Of course I can't reach a fellow human in tech support though.

Move fast and break things and waste other people's time and money.
