For subscription services, figure out what problems your customers have and create free tools, calculators, widgets, templates, Excel spreadsheets to solve them, then go promote that stuff.

If you have a good domain name, can it be lost if brand name is not legally registered ?
Needs to be registered somewhere (like in Delaware) ?
