I made it about 10 minutes through the video of someone telling me what I needed to do without telling me why. Basically it was all "be cheerfully compliant!"

It would be wonderful if "software engineers" just had some code of ethics like actual engineers instead of having to invent this self help dreck. But I suppose that wouldn't be "disruptive."
