Do they have any of the same stack-ranking in the Flex algorithms that they employ for full-time jobs? That could explain some of this as intentional, the algorithm working as designed, as opposed to simply being coldly inhuman. I know, never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by incompetence. But I'm just checking for misguided competence.
