Frenchman forms unlikely friendship with pigeon (Reuters)

I totally enjoyed this video because I have a pet pigeon under similar circumstances.

For whatever reason he can't fly, except maybe straight upward to look around, and then straight back to the ground again. I knew there was no way he could survive a winter outside like that, so he lives indoors now.

The dogs get along with him, even though he totally bosses one of them around. He goes for shoulder rides with me on sunny days. He runs across the floor to greet me when I enter the room, and comes when called. He likes to perch on my toes when I sit in the living room with my feet up because he's gotten so familiar with dogs and humans. Completely unlike outdoor pigeons.

Pretty much chilled out like the pigeon in this video, except mine is black with metallic red and green on his neck.
