The answer to "why is there such a diversity problem in tech" is always "it's a pipeline problem." But when folks try to directly address the pipeline problem, that's racism?

The pipeline problem is a big one. What can we do to encourage more kids from (underrepresented in STEM) minorities to get into STEM careers?

The pipeline needs to be addressed way, way earlier (schools, community programs) than the point that we’re making black person only blockchains.

Okay, but that sounds like socialism. Got any ideas that will work in today's political environment?
