Herman Miller Sayl is my fav by far. Have sat for hours without getting up and never had any chair-cause discomfort. After 4 years of constant use in office still looked and worked as good as new.
I bought it for home use because it looks so nice. Fits perfectly for the small desk in our living room. It's not as comfy as my Aeron but it's not supposed to be, it's half the price and not uncomfortable for even a ridiculous number of hours. I've only had it for a few months so I'm glad to hear that it will last us a long time.
