Julia Developer Survey 2021

We have had several discussions on Julia here, including a recent one where many people offered their feedback on aspects that need be addressed [1].

This is a good opportunity to communicate such feedback directly to the Julia community.

If you are a Julia user, as I am, please make your voice heard.
