I Love working for SaaS Companies and have always seen them struggle to keep their customer LTV High and CAC Low.
I am planning to build a Content Marketing Agency which exactly focuses on that. My Key Value Prop - Research and get your product in front of Audience with good LTV depending on your SaaS
Would Love your feedback on this. If you would be willing to work with such an Agency?

What worked for us was:
1. Going super-niche - we only serve series A and B startups that want to use content to reach software developers. You'd think that going niche would make it harder to find customers, but the opposite is true.
2. Started with my network and referrals. Do good work and people will refer you to others.
3. Build a process that can scale beyond just you.

Not saying you cannot exist as plenty of agencies exist and I am sure most make good money but I don't see it for myself considering agencies/freelancers don't only have MY interest in mind. I would rather invest in house for the long haul.
