Show HN: I made a portfolio website generator
lancerprofile.com
lancerprofile.com
I've been working on my website generator for freelancers for 6 months now and I'm finally ready to launch the official first release of it.
I've been blogging everyday about it as well since the end of April on my blog at https://albertkim.ca check it out!
The web app is - https://lancerprofile.com/
The tech stack is:
- Next.js/Apollo Client/Mobx/Vercel on the frontend
- Node.js/Typescript/Typegraphql/Typeorm/Postgres/Dokku/Digital Ocean on the backend
The main idea is to provide the easiest, fastest, and user friendliest way for a freelance writer to go from not having a website to having a great website.
My websites have 100/100/100/100 scores on Lighthouse audits as you can see from this screenshot - https://lancerprofile.com/screenshots/lighthouse.png
From this website built with my web app - https://lancerprofileexample.netlify.app/
You also get free hosting because I deploy websites to your Netlify account which provides free hosting for you.
If you have any questions, ask me almost anything!
