So give up the hazing. We all know the job's not that hard.
the reality is that compensation is sh*t, even at L6 level where you are expected to walk on water. a lot (most?) people I know that worked at Amazon used that as a resume builder that allowed them to open doors and land jobs that would be harder to get otherwise.
These are the people that think people like me are subhuman for working at Amazon. Pass.
