2020- The day Apple broke iPhone USB photo imports on purpose to force iCloud

This is still the case BTW. iPhone-Windows USB connection drops every 2 mins on purpose

I just spent a good 2 hours manually copying chunks of photos each time before the USB connection drops (on purpose). And Apple still stands behind its statement of "follow these steps" (which don't work)
