Facebook Disable Account Rules

While I was reading this https://www.facebook.com/help/103873106370583 I have stumbled to this :

"Contacting other people for the purpose of harassment, advertising, *promoting* or other conduct that's not allowed.

A funny thought: Should Facebook disable itself completely along with all users as they using entire platform for marketing?
