I wish Microsoft would just let you a buy a copy of Windows 10 Enterprise, I used to get it through MSDN (through my job), not anymore though :(

I ran Win10 Ent as a successor to Win7 Ult, because I needed Remote App capability.

I found that Win10 Ent won't update, assumedly because it needs a local Windows Update server.

Win10 Enterprise updates just fine for me against the public update servers.

That's a local install/config issue then, the product itself doesn't differentiate

The 1st version of LTSC was released 6 years ago, the latest was released 3 years ago, what's new about it?

I've been using LTSB/LTSC since 2016 as my daily driver, and it's been great.

I got rid of it and went back to pro, ran into some obscure DLL issue for a game that wasn't available when on ltsb. It was years ago. I spent hours trying to fix before reading I couldn't fix on ltsb. Fun times.
