Ask HN: Contract Versioning and Tracking

8 points·jcboon··8 comments

I'm working on managing contracts for three different departments with different interests plus the customer and looking for ways to ensure changes are tracked and consistent. Any tools or tricks are appreciated. Tracked changes in Word can only go so far; I'd dump it all in git but sadly latex and git would frighten many folks.

Hi! I am Arjun from Zoho Contracts. We are a fairly new player in the CLM market and have opened our product for early access now, for free. Pls request access at zoho.com/contracts .

If you'd like a chat to understand our solution better, I am just a ping away. Cheers!

Check us out at Ironclad! We were YC 15 and now work with hundreds of millions of contracts across a pretty diverse customer base. Would be happy to have our team take a look and see if we can get you what you need. https://ironcladapp.com/

I have some experience with contract management but I would need to understand the scenario better to offer any meaningful advice. Is the change tracking for the negotiation process, are the contracts bespoke or based on some standard, what are the management requirements after signature etc. Feel free to DM me.

Hackernews has no direct-message feature and the email address in the profile is hidden. You'd need to put your contact details into the public 'about' section of your profile.

Thanks
