So you move to Wyoming (100 miles north of Denver) get the job then move back to your place in Denver? It's all about the hiring phase and salary disclosure isn't it. Once you're on board you can work from Colorado. Or am I missing something?
You think someone looking for a job has the resources to move temporarily 100 miles away so that they get the opportunity to apply for a job?
If they work online in tech, and they want to live in Denver (or elsewhere in Colorado) then yes, I do expect that. In fact I would be surprised if there isn't a communal house or two already set up in Cheyenne Wyoming for that very purpose.
I worked remotely from Denver during most of 2020. This is just wrong. Maybe only dodgy corporations that want to cheat their employees say the work can't be performed in Colorado.
