And since there are enough people just reading the headlines, its just fodder for anti vax conspiracies. You have to read the article to the very end to see that this is just very short term problem which is well known (by any competent radiologist/ob/gyn).
The article expresses a measure of surprise because radiologists are. And the degree of lymph node swelling is just one more side effect on the pile (including changes in menses and the rate of anaphylactic reactions) which makes it clear these vaccines are not "just like all those others."
