Ask HN: Matching Algorithm as a Service?

My Google search did not reveal any results.

I am looking for a service that I could train to perform matching using arbitrary dataset and weights (e.g. job posts to people profiles).

There are many low level tools, though I have not found anything that would allow to analyze previous matches, do matching manually to train the model, etc.
