I find it interesting that Thea always uses "Our" with respect to "our products", "our firmware". It's super interesting that even though it could be "my", she thinks of it as a product of a team.

I also don't see anything that is specific to a "one-woman" company vs "one-person". Not that there's anything wrong with that; the title is accurate. Just wanted to point out this is applicable to everyone regardless of gender.
