DMV probing whether Tesla violates state regulations with self-driving claims

I feel safer already knowing the DMV is on the case

All this recent hubbub around whether it’s possible to engage Autopilot without a driver seems like a witch hunt.

First there was the crash. They said the driver was not in the front seat, but that was proven false.

Then there was the ghost rider Tesla, where the driver was claimed to have climbed back into the driver’s seat just before being pulled over.

It would seem some people are manufacturing controversy against Tesla.
