Note: iPad and IPhone was earlier, but that's already more than 10 years ago. Where the first tablet was way ahead of it's time: 1989 with the GRiDPad 1900.
They almost exactly copied the major UI features in violation of the patents so it goes well beyond whether someone had made any kind of tablet before
The Galaxy Book Pro (well at least they changed one word from Mac Book Pro) has always been a close emulation of the MacBook line as well
And an Ultrabook is just a thin laptop, Apple doesn't have any patents there, because they were not the first in that. Notice book being in the actual generic name?
Not a strong argument for over 20 years...
