From a developers standpoint the writing is terrifying. Designers might find being “in the driver’s seat” attractive but they’ll have to convince developers to use this and with the sell you’re making I think they’ll run the other way. You might want a designer and developer side by side. Developers don’t like making tiny code modifications over and over again at the behest of designers either, so run with that! Developers will want to know how your generated code looks, how it fits into their hand written code, and how easily it will be to augment/mold to their app.
This is a priceless feedback @twobitshifter, thank you!
I will defeintly have to address it with messages aimed to the developer community and explain in detail how it works and produce as much transparency as possible.
If you have any short-term small messagning copy that you think will help, please help!
thank you!
