Link? The same bulbs as described, or just "normal" Philips LEDs?

I found some similar looking LED offers by Migros, the largest (or second largest) retail chain in Switzerland:

Nope, those have overdriven LEDs, look how few 'filaments' they get.

The first bulb you linked consumes 2.8 watts and produces 250 lumen.

The Dubai one consumes 1 watt and produces 200 lumen, that's more than 2x difference in efficiency.
