Is Comcast having an “ad hoc CM Crisis?”

Received a boilerplate customer agreement email from Comcast Xfinity. There's not much point in even reading these, but today's had an interesting query string:

https://www.xfinity.com/Corporate/Customers/Policies/SubscriberAgreement?rid=666&mid=20210508_Adhoc_CM_Crisis_UpdatedResiSvcAgreement

Are they having an "ad hoc CM crisis" we should know about?

(p.s. I redacted and replaced the original rid value, since I suspect it's PII.)
