Chinese rocket is falling back to Earth–but we don’t know where it will land

> The core booster from the Long March 5B rocket that launched Tianhe-1 ended up in an uncontrolled orbit around Earth.

> It is expected to fall back to Earth this weekend, with current estimates suggesting it will begin reentry between 2:13 p.m. Eastern Time Saturday and 8:13 a.m. Sunday. That’s such an enormous window that no one has any idea where it will land.

> At 21 metric tons and 10 stories tall, the booster, CZ-5B, is huge.

Only a tiddler. SkyLab was around 70 tons when it fell from orbit in the 70s.
