employees work from offices about three days a week, and two days “wherever they work best,"
I really like this idea. It give you the benefits of working from home some times while still having in-office meetings and opportunities to work closely with other employees in person when necessary which I think is important
It also has some of the downsides of both too. You need a space big enough to work from home comfortably while still being within commuting distance of the office.
I think that working from the office 5 days a week is on the table if your home isn't set up for remote work.
how crazy is it that one of Google's most lucrative benefits, their crazy offices, is now one of their biggest hindrances?
