This is a flowchart editor I made that's optimized for speed of editing. Everything can be done via keyboard shortcuts, and there's no boxes and arrows to drag around. To achieve that I used a spreadsheet-like UI which constrains the layout significantly. But the benefit is that editing text in the nodes is fast, and re-arranging/navigating nodes is fast.
