As a child that was my favourite book. I am an electrical engineer now. I only just gifted my copy to a friend with a slightly autistic child.

Holy moly, that’s a blast from the past! I had borrowed this book from my schools library so many times my name was the only one on the borrowing card at the back!

Wow, thanks for that nice bit of nostalgia! It also made me think of another book I was fascinated by:

Now I'm wondering if my parents still have either of these.

Oh damn, I loved that book as a kid. It had these wonderful illustrations of mammoths.

Thanks, I just bought the book (maybe the last one in stock?) from Amazon for my kids.
