Well, being an introvert dork, I'm not the one to lecture others on how to effectively correct others, but, reading this:

If this is how she talks at work, it's unsurprising that people would find the attitude abrasive. (And if this is not how she talks at work, then maybe she could tone down on dramatization a bit? Well, I mean, sure, it's her personal blog so she can say whatever she wants, but still ...)
