Is eBay also affected by this? Craigslist? Facebook Marketplace? There seems to be a trend towards making “platforms” infeasible because of liability issues.

Probably any marketplace that facilitates the whole transaction.

Craigslist and Facebook marketplace (the general use case of it) show the ads but you go pick up and pay the seller in person.

3rd party marketplaces on Amazon, Target, Walmart, Lowes, Zulily, etc where a customer is shopping on and paying that company directly and receiving confirmation emails and etc and can even use store-payment-cards would be the target for this.
