Click-baity title that tries to garner some notion of irony by characterizing Texans as “gas loving”. I’m sure there would have been mockery of cowboy hats and boots if the author had tried a little harder.

Totally agree.

To be fair, Texas blamed the green energy industry for the failure of power and yet Texans still pickedup green energy. So, while click-baity, not necessarily wrong.
