There's also Coffeezilla and Spencer Cornelia. We need more people to talk publicly about these things so that less and less people can get scammed.

If there are so many of them, how come they don't get sued and/or arrested?

No crime is being committed. People are pressured to "invest", but no one's putting a gun to their head. Just regaling them with tales of incredible riches made through the magic of real estate.

Lying (false advertisement) is a crime.

One of Derren Brown's mentalism specials made use of bringing more than enough people into your scam that there will be an impressively large number of successes. Of course the biggest success stories are the only ones you will hear about, even though they are less than 1% of the people that fall for the scam at hand.

You only need a small handful of success stories to make something unlikely sound like a no-brainer.
