Ask HN: When will applications open for YC Winter 2012?

Hey HN'ers!

I've been curious lately, does anybody know when the next YC batch opens up for applications?

Is it usually on the same day as previous YC Winter applications, or different each year?

If you have any ideas, please post them below!

Best Regards, Shahed Khan
