Hi folks, if you checkout the Twitter hashtag #growlab you can see what people are up where they are not quite able to send a PR in yet but are doing interesting stuff.

My time is limited for the project, but the best part for me is seeing others participate and come up with different things to grow and ways to capture and monitor the plants.

This looks super fun, thank you!

Might be great motivation to get my kids involved in a sensors project as well.

Let me know if I can help with anything - there's a parts list on the blog post. The easiest way to do it is just to tape a camera onto a piece of wood or the side of a plastic container. From there you can get more creative with wood and other tools, but you may need to do that part.

I also entered - the parts price is really cheap, with a Pi zero going for 5€ and the camera going for another 5€. Looking forward to it, FLOSS IoT projects are always fun :)
