This is interesting, and very well executed (for a prototype)!

There is one thing that makes, in my opinion, all simple to-do lists unusable very quickly: what if the user has thousands of (hierarchical) things to do? What if the user wants to delegate some of the work to other members of the team? What if some to-do items are not really a to-do items?
