It makes me think of a sort social network for socially anxious people, or for people who actually only want to share stuff with their close friends. So actually this is quite different from everything else, I guess you wouldn't use it if your purpose is to have more likes, more connections, be more influencial… Very interesting idea, why only on the AppStore?
