Ask HN: No-code platform for multi-channel comms?

I'm looking for a recommendation for, I suppose an "all-in-one no-code comms management platform".

Basically, there are 6 sorts of requests I often field from product people where I end up having to make code changes, and it would be amazing to use a service that allowed the product people to do it all themselves. The requests are:

"Hey, when the user does X, can we send them an email?" "Hey, that email, can we change its content slightly?" "Hey, that email, can we change the design slightly?" "Hey, that email... can it be an SMS instead?" "Hey, that SMS... can we change it so that we send it 24 hours later instead of immediately?" "Hey, that SMS... can it only be sent to customers if they're based the UK?"

Does anyone know of anything that ticks most of these boxes? Ta!
