I don’t think this is true. John Mcafee did not have this capability (he’s a notorious liar), and it’s unlikely that anyone else did either. No one willing to say so in public anyway.
Yeah, McAfee isn't credible. If he makes a bold claim, there's a money angle and he's probably lying, too.
