Ethical Question

im working with a low quality incubator atm, built up some good business ideas for them. they mostly go and apply for grants on behalf of their portfolio companies. and we're in the process of applying to this new grant (officially for me to start one of those business ideas). i did realise tho (someone shared email exchanges with me) that they had no intention to give me anything. and once a grant is secured they'll go and give it to another company (a fav kid) or whoever they like. i was stupid not to include anything like this in my contract, maybe too naive and trusting as well.

initial idea was to leave them. what would you guys recommend?
