Hi HNers! John from Trio here. I'm working on Trio because I want to have richer social experiences with my friends online and develop the social video space -- I feel like there is a lot of potential to make video as effortless as in-person communication, but there is a lot of work to be done to find out what works and what doesn't. it's a hard UX problem.
