The title should be "Where is HTTP/3 right now?" but for some reason HN has changed it to be "Where is HTTP/3?"
HN changes submitted titles automatically. A constant annoyance.
You can edit the title back and that is kept.
Yes, and once I changed a title because the title I had was too long and wouldn't fit, but then it just changed it back automatically anyways and still wouldn't fit (I had written "first", I changed it to "1st" to make it fit and then it changed it back to "first" and complained that it still wouldn't fit).
