I think a lot of your feedback of what you would do differently could be better stated as possible improvements. This was optimized well as a in progesss app for sale. And slowly grown to meet demand/requirements for customers.
If you built electron/trademark/tons of features and then crickets it wouldn’t have made sense.
Sometimes it’s best to just launch the most basic thing and keep iterating!
That's something I learned in the last time. Don't wait until your product has all the features you can imagine. Concentrate on a minimal working version!
