Self XDSD (https://self-xdsd.com) offers a smart chatbot Project Manager for any Github or GitLab repository.

The PM will take care of Issues/PRs assignment and resignation (if the deadline passed), invoicing and payments using Stripe and it also helps you with microtasking by turning code TODOs and FIXMEs into actual Github/GitLab Issues. All automatically.
