Hacked verified account going rampant on Twitter Elon Musk scam

How the hell does twitter allow any account to make hundreds of the same post over and over especially that post is presumably getting reports and flagged. Nothing screams hacked like an account posting the same thing over and over. This is elementary.

This is partly why twitter is culpable for these scams. Their inattention to even the most obvious of rate limiting is an invitation for major exploitation. jack is criminally negligent at this point to allow this to go on so long when the spam is so obvious and of millions dollars lost.
