Ask HN: Do you think the CV screening process makes us like a commodity?
Don't get me wrong, there are jobs that require a specific skill set. But I feel like the conventional CV screening process lacks the chemistry to create a connection between the candidate and the recruiter. It pretty much like here are some apples you're looking for and let's just pick some to put into your basket. You don't have that feeling when you're using a dating app.
Am I alone or anyone thinks the same?
