You're not seeing the big picture. Our national healthcare system is completely ready to face a pandemic like that. Of course it is poorly funded nowadays, but we've vaccinated 80 million people in 3 months in the past. We have professionals, we have the infrastructure, we just needed strong measures and a federal plan to deal with COVID-19. The reason that did not happen was because of Bolsonaro.
