CERN approves two new experiments to transport antimatter in the back of a van

Has anyone actually banned the private production and use of antimatter yet? Purely for sporting purposes, I swear...

Logically it should fit in under the BATF's "binary agents" rules. [1]

Always something interesting coming out of CERN. Is there a cost figure put towards manufacture of antimatter?
