Ask HN: Apps/Chatrooms created especially for professionals during the pandemic

Hey guys, I'm doing a bit of research on emergent learning systems. I remember about a year ago reading of new ways Emergency Room professionals were using to share information as the pandemic progressed. I'm drawing a blank as to whether it was an app, Discord room, etc.

Anybody remember anything like that? Seems like there was some chatter that doctors were posting anonymously because their hospitals wouldn't allow them to share data (and they wanted other docs to learn as fast as possible, even if it was just learning anecdotal data), but I might have misremembered it.
